Sardine in Olive Oil with Lemon Kaviari from Paris

These “sprat” sardines were caught by trawl in the Baltic Sea. Marinated in lemon olive oil, they can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toasted bread, in salads or as Mediterranean tapas.
