From Château Des Tours winery at the foot of Mont Brouilly comes 2017 vintage Brouilly, made wholly with hand-picked Gamay grapes from mineral-heavy vineyards. The wine is bottled after several months of ageing at the château. The nose is dominated by notes of ripe fruit. The palate is round and silky, fruity with soft and mellow tannins. A supple and rich red which will make a brilliant pairing with rich meat dishes.
