Beluga vodka is produced from grain alcohol and purified Siberian spring water. This water undergoes a double filtration, through quartz sand and a special silver filter, before filtration through a 10.5 meter coal column filter composed of birch charcoal. Prior to bottling, the vodka is rested 30 days to allow the molecular components within to stabilize allowing for a smoother more velvet-like mouth-feel and taste. The result is a classic Russian vodka, clean and crisp with a little bit of grain flavour. Perfect for drinking straight - the Russian way.
Crystal clear, with an aroma of cracked pepper, aniseed, fennel and lavender honey. The vodka has a clean taste, with lightly sweet flavours of lemon and citrus zest with a gentle spiciness in the background. The aftertaste is sweet with honey notes.
