The jewel in the crown of Bresse gastronomy and the House's signature product, the GIRAUDET quenelle owes its renown as much to the exceptional quality of its raw materials (durum wheat semolina, AOC Bresse butter, Dombes pike...) as to its artisanal production.
Since 1910, the GIRAUDET quenelle has been marked by a groove left by spoon molding, the famous ancestral gesture preserved for over a century by the Maison.
