Regarding the Champagne Jacquart Blanc de blancs 2015
The 2015 vintage Blanc de Blancs from Maison Jacquart is a blend of Chardonnay from the best crus of the appellation: 40% from Avize, 35% from Chouilly, 15% from Cramant and 10% from Oger.
A finely chiseled jewel that offers a nose full of freshness between citrus zests, licorice, almond notes and chalky touches. The attack in mouth is lemony, slightly zesty. It develops then to be greedy and fruity. The finish is airy, carried by a fine creamy bubble. A champagne of incredible depth.
A cuvée that combines character and minerality, to be paired with oyster tartar, roasted scallops with beurre blanc or as a dessert.
