In 1999 François Janoueix bought this historic property, once owned by the King of England, Chateau Gazin and Charles de Seguin.
After years of neglect, the property was rehabilitated and now a modest production of about 660 cases are made each year.
This blend is created from 70% Merlot 15% Cabernet Franc 15% and Cabernet Sauvignon aged 18 months in oak barrels.
With a dark red purple color and fine, intense aromas, it is a full-bodied wine, well balanced, with fine tannins and long aftertaste.
Suggested pairings with red meat, cheeses and poultry.
Enjoy now.
