
Tasting Notes: First it is a very aromatic wine. This wine is also powerful, ample and round with some spices (pepper and coriander). You will enjoy as well flower aromas such as rose and peony.
Food Pairing: As an aperitif, with spicy meals, fish, soft cheeses with hard skin (Munster, Pont L'evèque, Maroilles) and Pastries.
